Home Visit
We understand that many of our customers require a riser recliner to assist with their mobility issues, and that getting to our showroom in Bromborough can be difficult. That’s why we also offer a full demonstration of our Cheltenham Collection chairs at your home. These home visits provide you with the information you need to make a reasoned decision; they are not sales visits. We don’t pressure you during the visit, but we will follow up on the demonstration at a later date once you’ve had a chance to think about your purchase.
Delivery
We handle our own deliveries across the Wirral and surrounding areas. This includes our own delivery vehicles and drivers, each of whom is experienced in installing our Cheltenham Collection chairs in domestic homes. We help you get everything set up and tested to your satisfaction, taking away any unwanted packaging with us.
VAT Exemption
Since rise and recline chairs can be bought for any purpose, they attract VAT at 20% like any other form of furniture. Customers who are disabled or chronically ill may be exempt from this charge. If this applies to you, our sales team will provide you with the relevant declaration form to sign to remove this tax from the cost of your chair.
