We are pleased to launch the latest and most exciting addition to Invacare’s power add-on portfolio  – SMOOV one!

This impressive power assist offers you additional power and performance, is quick and easy to attach to your manual wheelchair and has a top speed of 10km/h.

This compact, sleek unit will provide you with extra power for everyday use and is ideal for those longer distances. It can maintain a constant speed and is operated by a Bluetooth hand control unit that conveniently attaches to the chair.

SMOOV one’s powerful drive wheel will travel up to 20km distance, weighs just 7.2kg and features a handy USB-C socket for charging purposes making it ideal for active individuals who are always on the go.

It offers convenient hands-free, dynamic driving with its flexible 360° drive wheel providing extra power when individuals need it.  The unit is easy to use, and simply docks or undocks to most brands of manual wheelchairs.  It will travel over most types of surfaces even maintaining a constant speed up slopes of 16%.

The extra power and performance with SMOOV one is ideal for people who suffer with fatigue or hand cramps on longer journeys.

Further settings are controlled by the Mobility App available by the App Store or Playstore enabling the user to see Speed, Range and Drive Modes as well as the all important diagnosis of warnings and faults.

M25 e-motion

The new e-motion M25 wheelchair power assist has been upgraded with by its motor power and light weight in comparison to the previous model. It is one of the few active add-on drives which can be adapted to the needs and driving behaviour of the user.

The benefits are obvious: with the e-motion, wheelchair user can increase their range and remain active protecting the muscles and joints. The quiet motors gently propels the chair on the flat or up and down slopes The state-of-the-art lithium ion battery technology means that the users don’t have to worry about their range. At the same time, the maximum support speed is 5 miles an hour.

The system is compatible with most conventional wheelchair models and can be retrofitted at any time.

Introducing the Empulse R20

With the new Empulse R20 pushing aid it has never been so easy to support the attendant pushing the wheelchair.

With a 4.5kg total weight and unique folding function, the R20 is ideal for storage and transport, without having to compromise on performance and durability. The R20 is also incredibly easy to use, with a push to go control, two peg mounting and easy to read display.

The R20 is the only powerpack on the market that can be folded with the wheelchair. This unique feature means you no longer have to connect and disconnect every time you transport or store the wheelchair. The weight of the R20 and the stylish backpack allows easy handling, easy transport & also easy adaptation to nearly any wheelchair.

Despite its lightweight nature and compact appearance, there is no compromise on performance. The R20 can achieve a 9-mile range, as well as having the ability to climb 5cm kerbs and 10-degree slopes. It will also cater for users up to 170kg in weight (190kg total including the wheelchair), which means the R20 is a product that works for all.
