The power pack on my son’s wheelchair broke, I rang Easi-way. Within an hour I was at the shop with my son and they fitted him with a new power pack, even though they didn’t have the correct bracket, they modified one they had so it fitted perfectly. Can’t thank them enough. Without the power pack it’s very difficult to push my sons wheelchair, there dedication to there job made my life so much easier .

My wife was searching for a mobility scooter that could use a hoist to load into the boot of a Range Rover to replace our current mobility scooter. The service we received was beyond expectation!! Discussions, test driving various scooters took about 2 hours and the staff were helpful and considerate at the problems we were experiences with our current scooter and physical requirements of a scooter. Changes in scooter design over the last few years and the changes in shape and size of car boots has meant it difficult to ensure the hoists could lift and assembled scooters in to car boot/estate. The staff listened to all our problems and even provided realistic options that provided a solution to our requirements without any pressure to purchase immediately.
Service of this quality is rare and with their help and time we selected a scooter that satisfied all our requirements.

Can't thank the lovely staff in the shop enough they were amazing. My dad's scooter had broken they are trying to fix it but we brought a new one which was a fantastic price and so easy to set up. Thanks again I will be recommending you all the time

Just been to pick up my first mobility scooter from Easi-Way Mobility Bromborgh. I received a grant from Steve Morgan Foundation whom I am extremely grateful for. I was served by a lovely lady Helen who gave me every confidence in being able to use my chair ( Now called Daisy ). Helen showed me every bit of scooter so I was comfortable to take apart and put in my car with ease. Can't believe how light it was to lift and use. Battery is very light and charger is too. Easy to charge overnight and has approx 4 hrs running time. See how well I have been taught. No wonder it's called EASI-WAY MOBILITY Once again thank you to all to make my next chapter in life easier. Xxxxxxxxxx

  • Just been to see Easi way ref a handle grip that had come off the wheelchair of somebody I support. Not only did they repair grip, they tightened brakes up and gave me allen key to repair grip if it came off again. All this and no charge at all! Fabulous customer service and a big thank you also to Helen on front desk for her help.

  • Love my Quickie Q50R Carbon. Excellent service from Easi-Way's Adam. Explained everything I needed to know during the home demo, as I couldn't get to the showroom. Then very patiently accompanied me as I tried it out when it was delivered. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this company.

  • I would highly recommend Easi Way Mobility. A cable came lose on my mobility scooter took it to the store and they fixed it there and then, even put cables on so it shouldn’t happen again with no charge as it only took a couple of minutes to fix. The store has everything a disabled person needs for the home and the staff are lovely and very helpful

  • Having rung lots of very unhelpful places, this mobility shop was fantastic. I needed new batteries for my scooter but wasn’t sure which ones I needed. The engineer kept my scooter and tested new batteries on it. I picked it up, and it’s like new again. OK, I was without it for a day, but I’m very happy with the service. A big shout-out to the reception ladies, they were so lovely and polite. The price was competitive too, as I couldn’t have done it myself.
