THE PROCESS
Here’s what to expect when you visit us:
1. Try Before You Buy
Visit our Bromborough showroom to explore our full range of rise and recline chairs. You’ll be able to test different models to see what feels most comfortable - from pocket-sprung seats and supportive waterfall backs to the right size and motor action.
2. Expert Advice
Our experienced team will guide you through sizing, styles, and features to ensure the chair fits your needs perfectly. We’ll help you understand the benefits of each model and find the one that’s right for your comfort and mobility.
3. Choose Your Fabric
Once you’ve selected your chair, you can browse a wide range of fabric options. Many customers like to borrow swatches to see how they look in their home before making a final decision.
4. Order & Delivery
After your order is placed, we’ll confirm a week commencing delivery date. When your chair arrives at Easi-Way, our engineers carry out a full inspection before contacting you to arrange delivery at a convenient time.
5. Professional Setup
Your chair will be delivered by our two-man Easi-Way delivery team. They’ll position and set up the chair, make any necessary cushion adjustments, and ensure you’re fully comfortable with how it operates. If needed, we can even help move existing furniture to make space.
6. Aftercare & Support
We don’t just deliver and leave - we make sure you’re happy with everything before we go. If you’d like, we can also remove unwanted furniture for donation to a local charity.

My wife was searching for a mobility scooter that could use a hoist to load into the boot of a Range Rover to replace our current mobility scooter. The service we received was beyond expectation!! Discussions, test driving various scooters took about 2 hours and the staff were helpful and considerate at the problems we were experiences with our current scooter and physical requirements of a scooter. Changes in scooter design over the last few years and the changes in shape and size of car boots has meant it difficult to ensure the hoists could lift and assembled scooters in to car boot/estate. The staff listened to all our problems and even provided realistic options that provided a solution to our requirements without any pressure to purchase immediately.

Can't thank the lovely staff in the shop enough they were amazing. My dad's scooter had broken they are trying to fix it but we brought a new one which was a fantastic price and so easy to set up. Thanks again I will be recommending you all the time
Just been to pick up my first mobility scooter from Easi-Way Mobility Bromborgh. I received a grant from Steve Morgan Foundation whom I am extremely grateful for. I was served by a lovely lady Helen who gave me every confidence in being able to use my chair ( Now called Daisy ). Helen showed me every bit of scooter so I was comfortable to take apart and put in my car with ease. Can't believe how light it was to lift and use. Battery is very light and charger is too. Easy to charge overnight and has approx 4 hrs running time. See how well I have been taught. No wonder it's called EASI-WAY MOBILITY Once again thank you to all to make my next chapter in life easier. Xxxxxxxxxx
